SPH were selected by the City of Perth to provide full architectural services for their 48 apartment Key Worker Housing Project adjacent to the Perth Mint in Goderich Street. Completed in 2013, this project provides an apartment mix of 22 one bed and 26 two bed apartments of which six apartments are fully accessible and comply with the Adaptable Housing Code, AS 4299.
