SPH were engaged by Hall and Prior to undertake the master planning and concept design of a new 120-bed multi-storey aged care and retirement living facility in Kelmscott.

The new facility has been designed to achieve Green Building Council of Australia GBCA 5 Star Green Star Equivalent rating and is currently in Schematic Design phase.
