SPH were engaged by Programmed Facility Management on behalf of South Metro TAFE for full architectural services from initial concept design through construction documentation, tender and construction administration services. The project included installation of 32 welding training bays, significant mechanical, electrical and flammable gas infrastructure upgrades, new classrooms, automotive spray booth, carbon fibre curing room, and wood- and metal-working workshops within an existing structure.
