SPH Architecture + Interiors worked with the client and project team to undergo extensive internal works to transform the former 5-star hotel to a Class 9c Aged Care Facility, suitable for aging in place. The facility features 92 units across 8 floors. It offers a designated restaurant and bar along with a range of wellness facilities including a pool, spa facilities and in-house salon. Residents have access to a generous roof garden and communal lounges with leafy treetop views towards Kings Park.
